DAY #15

Hello again!
It's me! The slightly autistic daily... weird update super survivor! Or call me SAD-WUSS for sho... actually, don't call me that.
This is by far my earliest blog, because I have plans for the evening, so I won't be able to do it then.
"What's this?" I hear you ask / see you type, "you have plans that aren't computer-based and that don't involve you sitting staring blankly at a screen for hours upon end?" Well, actually... err... kind of.
You see, when I came here, I was expecting a lovely, infection-free area. But I was wrong.
The dead walk here as much as they do back at home, if not moreso, so I wasn't exactly prepared. Basically, I didn't bring enough firepower.
Last night, something must have gone wrong in that undead massacre activity because all night I heard screaming and banging right outside my window. It was too dark to see exactly what was going on, but I know for a fact that quite a few people didn't survive the night. I still haven't seen all of my flatmates... I hope they're all okay...
Anyway, that terrifying experience has led me to the conclusion that if I want to survive the term, I'm going to need bigger weapons, more precautionary reinforcements and more ammunition. Just in case something like that happens again.
Prepare for the worst; you can never have too many bullets.
Oh, and some clean clothes might be nice.
So, in about half an hour, my mummy will come and pick me up in her motor vehicle, drive me back home where I can gather up supplies and rounds and then hopefully drive me back here tomorrow. I guess I could get back today, but it would be incredibly risky. You see, the horde is drawn to noise, and so as we drive past in one direction, the creatures will emerge from the woodwork and follow the sound of the engine. That means that on the way back, that route will be positively swarming with infected making it extremely difficult or impossible to get through.
In fact, there's another bit of survival advice... Don't take the same route twice on one day. Give the zombies enough time to disperse of their own accord, usually overnight. Otherwise you will die.
Which is why I'm coming back tomorrow. And why I can't update this evening.
Sorry for the inconvenience if you experienced any.
Wish me luck.
